Minimum requirements for the chosen position

Analyze business operations for a plumbing/HVAC repair company, including duties involving the compilation of data from various sources into consolidated, actionable management reporting, as well as the preparation of actual-to-plan variance analysis and management KIP’s dashboard updates; the performance of key indicators-based analysis in accordance with internal procurement policy to select parts, materials and tool vendors; preparation of Request for Proposals (RFP) and evaluation of vendor responses, as well as engaging selected vendors in negotiation of favorable terms, and maintaining vendor sourcing, pricing and contract database; use of financial programs such as Quick Books, Smart Services 2009, Navision 360 and Jet Reports 4.0.7 in the performance of financial analysis projects; the review and analysis of current finance procedures and the recommendation and implementation of changes to ensure expansion of business operations; the generation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reporting for corporate and field leadership; and the development of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, long-range planning, managing and preparation of detailed budget templates, budget submissions and consolidation processes.

U.S. or foreign Master’s (MBA) or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field.
